As you already know, we're not your average recruitment consultancy so when it comes to freelancers we do things a little differently.
Rather than bashing your rate down to cover our commission we simply charge our client a one off introduction fee of 500 quid for finding you - that's it.
You guys are then free to keep in touch directly and work with each other as often as you like - you don't even need to tell us if you don't want to!
And if you're a potential client reading this then rest assured we already have some cracking freelance talent on board and they can become your own contacts for less than the price of an advert - when was the last time you heard a recruitment agency say that?
